A live wedding painting is a one-of-a-kind investment that will make

your day memorable for years to come. I would love be a part of your special day

by capturing your special moment.

The Process of Live Oil Painting:

On the day of the wedding, I will show up 2-4 hours before the start of the event. I'll take that time to set up my easel, paints, and lighting and begin painting the background. I will work on the painting during the event, in the location the bride and groom request and will take my own photos for reference to paint from. My goal is to have the majority of the painting done by the end of the event, however I will take the painting home to finish the details. I work in oil paint instead of acrylic paint, so the painting will dry more slowly and needs days to set. This is why I will take the painting back to my studio, even if the painting is done by the end of the night. The result is quality fine art with a longevity worthy of a true heirloom piece (as oil paint is more stable over time than acrylic paint). I will deliver the painting to the couple within 2-4 weeks after the event.

These prices include the background and the bride and groom in their special moment, such as saying their vows, first kiss, or first dance. If you are wanting more people included in the painting, we can discuss additional pricing.

I will send you a contract via email and will consider your date booked once I receive your contract and deposit of 50%. A full refund is honored for any reason up to 10 weeks before your event. Half refund is honored for any reason up to 2 days before your event.

I accept Venmo, PayPal, cash, check, or credit card.

The remainder of the balance will need to be paid the day before your wedding. If you live out of the Indianapolis area, the finished painting can be shipped. The cost of shipping will be included in your final payment.

I offer affordable out-of-town travel based on mileage (70 cents per mile after the first 30 miles) plus overnight accommodations if outside of the Indianapolis area.

One-night accommodations, not exceeding $300, will be required if:

- Locations is more than 50 miles outside of the Indianapolis area and

- Hours on location extend past 9pm.

Additional Details:

Whether I'm painting the ceremony or the reception, I will ask you to take pictures of the view you would like painted and send them to me at least 2-4 weeks before your event.

A consultation will be done over the phone or in-person to talk over any details for the day of the event.

When choosing what you want me to paint, please keep in mind I have a limited amount of time to create something.

The Process of Live Guest Painting:

Live guest painting is a truly unique experience for your guests. Not only does it provide entertainment during the event, but they will also get to take home a small painting of themselves.

On the day of the wedding, I will show up an hour before the event in order to get everything set up. Once your event begins, guests photos will be taken and then quickly painted on 5"x7" mixed media paper. These unique keepsakes take an average of 8-11 minutes each. All paintings will be inserted into a plastic sleeve for protection.

Prices:

Prices start at $300 an hour. At the end of your event, if there are guests who didn't get painted, 6 extra paintings are included in the package you purchased that I will complete in my studio. If you have more than 6, each additional painting is $20.

Additional Add-Ons:

Any add-on paintings will be done from my home studio. These add-on options allow for the bride and groom to send me a copy of their professional pictures taken on the day or their wedding. These paintings are a bit more detailed than the ones done during the event.
